Do I have the Flu? or is it something else.?

I don't cough much, but if i drink soda i cough more.my nose is stuffy. my throat was sore but i made it sore because i was forcing some phlegm out. i never had a fever since the beginning of my coughs. my coughs started in the summer.and I'm a little bit dizzy at times. do i have the flu?
