What he has done is to NOT align the wheels. Take the car, carefully in this weather, to an Audi main dealer and have them do it properly. Then go back with the receipt to Gordons and demand they refund it. NB if the new parts were fitted after a kerb incident you may well never get the steering wheel centered, as there may be slight distortion of the mounting points. Yoy should be able to get the alignment ok for driving.
