Job prospects after Masters in Public Health!?

hey there, i m an M.B.B.S from India now i have got an offer from sheffield university,UK for Masters in Public Health. i wld like to know wht kind of job can i be lookin forward once i m through with my Masters? wht are the chances that i get a good career uplift abroad(outside India)!!i have heard that for an mbbs doin mph cant really help to get a placement outside my home country. is that true if not do adive me on wht can i go ahead with choice for. plz help i m in a cerebral storm!!:(
