Is there a non surgical answer besides a pessary for prolapsed uterus?

i have a prolapsed uterus.I have been dealing with this for 7 years now and i don't want to have a hysterectomy.i also don't want to use a pessary.is there any way to fix this without surgery.i want to have more children and the emotional effects are just as bad as the physical ones.
