hey yeah i need to lose 2.2 lbs a weeks to get to my goal. i need to lose 33 lbs by march the 1st and i have already found a great website that tells me how much weight i need to lose in a week to get to this goal. i want to wiegh 140 pounds by march the first. Does any one know how to do this or any tips or tricks on how thi could be done. Oh and also do you know any
free websites that will show me a good diet plan and exercise plan on how to do this?
