HOW DID EVENTS OCCURING DURING 1972 RELATE TO THE WISCONSIN VERSUS YODER CASE?

once again, i need help..........asap............i need to know what was going on in 1972 that might have influenced the outcome of the wisconsin v yoder case.........or at least something from 1972 (IT HAS TO BE THIS YEAR ONLY, THIS IS THE YEAR THAT THE CASE TOOK PLACE IN SO I HAVE TO USE EVENTS FROM THAT YEAR ONLY..NOT BEFORE OR AFTER IT) that relates to it. I've on the computer since 6 looking for the answer and haven't found crapdiddley worth of an answer....all i keep getting is pop ups and stupid crap about "livin' the amish way" or "travel to exotic resorts" and the occasional "buy pop up protector now!" thing. so please, help me out, i need this immediately....and please no stupid "forget your meds today" or "i'm not doing your homework for you" or even the stupid "your question is way too long" answers....i hate those and i will report any one for giving me that Bullshit....it's very annoying and disrepectful.........
