Refill display bottles with fake booze?

many companies make good looking bottles with nice displays. The one I'm currently looking at is a bottle of Chivas Regal (1.75lt) in a tilt stand with CHIVAS on a metal plate at the bottom of the stand. If you have seen it it is nice looking. I want my bar area to look as if the bottle is still full. what recipe of food dye or whatever will make a long lasting look alike for the original scotch. Yes, I drank it all already. I just think it is a nice display piece for my lighted bar when I entertain guests.
