So, the iRenew Energy Bracelet, is it bs?

Or is there anyone honest enough out there to offer some real info on it. Every site that I've found for the thing (of which I am just a 'bit' skeptical) is an obvious iRenew affiliate and spouts blase frippery about it. (if anyone here has ever heard the word 'frippery' before, I'll buy you a single Life Saver candy)
