The doc said i have small follicles on my ovaries, he checked my tubes with an HSG and did pelvic exams and?

utrasounds, he never said that i have PCOS, I get my period every month, but when they did the blood work to see if I ovulated, it showed that i did not!! My husband was tested and he's fine!! Do u think i have PCOS?? Or Why would i have regular periods but no ovulation?? TTC for 12 months now, I'm 23, and married!
