What is an unique date idea?

Me and my boyrfriend have a 10 month old daughter. At least once a month we go out to do something. What is a good idea besides dinner and a movie, bar and/or night club (We are 25 &26 and out of that phase). It can be a day thing as well. We live in DC, so no monuments or museums!
