In a 'what is your biggest weakness' question in an interview - if I say I tend to take on too much work .....?

I sometimes take on too much, i am working on this by improving my skills in delegating tasks to other members of the team. This ensures that we complete a high volume of work but that the pressure on each individual (me included) is less overall and hence produces a more productive work throughput
