If Georgia joins NATO, and Russia attacks them, Is America going to be forced to take military action?

We don't have the resources because of the Iraq war. We're expected to but realistically, we can't. We could go even more into debt by billions upon billions to do so, but China is going to call in our tab eventually and we will be screwed. We aren't even "winning" anything in the war we're already on and soldiers go on 3rd, 4th, 5th rotations as it is. People (like McCain) are delusional saying we are doing okay.
