Flatter stomach, thinner legs! HELP!!!!!!!! w/ pcos?

just walk alot. excercise your legs. keep it a routine. drink lots of water. cut out all soda--even diet. and don't overeat. but you should be eating 3 meals or more a day because your still growing at 14. but make them healthy meals. salad, chicken, fruit, veggies, etc. the extra pounds will shed fast. oh yeah and at night i do like 100 sit ups. that always helps to flatten out the stomach.
