2 weeks holiday in July and looking for remote campsites and beaches in Wales, Devon and Cornwall - any tips??

I am taking two weeks in July to drive and explore the UK coast from North Wales down to South Cornwall. I want to avoid the usual Newquay and Croyde etc this time. Does anyone know any great little gems??
